Three players were involved in heavy action on a QhTd6d flop. Sean Perry and Marvin Rettenmaier checked from the blinds, and Sam Taylor bet 1,900 into a pot of just over 5,000. Perry called, but Rettenmaier check-raised to 5,725.

Taylor slipped deep into the tank, and he pondered for long enough that someone called the clock. Taylor eventually re-raised to 10,200, and Perry folded out of the way with an audible grumble.

That sent the decision back to Rettenmaier, who had 11,075 chips left behind his bet. He, too, needed a few minutes in the tank, and the clock was called once again.

Rettenmaier ultimately surrendered, and Taylor quietly stacked the pot without showing.

“I was going to shove if you folded,” Perry told Taylor after the hand.
