Joseph Marzilli was down to only 17,500 and put those in the middle with an early open. Tom Middelton raised it to 35,000 from the small blind and Joseph Drory folded his big blind after a little thought.

Middleton: Jc2s
Marzilli: 6s6d

“Thanks,” Marzilli told Middleton. “For now.”

His pair didn’t hold up long, not making it past the JsTcTh flop. The 8d turn and 4c river were no good for Marzilli to send him out in 7th place.

Tom Middleton – 330,000 (66 bb)
Joseph Marzilli – Eliminated in 7th place ($4,800)

A few hands after Gimbel was sent out, Jeremy Joseph mixed it up again. This time he got all-in against Nicholas Immekus and was in trouble with AhKs against the AsAc of Immekus.

Joseph picked up some outs on the Kd5h3c flop, blanked the Qd turn, then got a reaction from the rest of the table when the river came Kh.

They gave the stacks a look and Joseph had Immekus covered by a bit to send him out in 8th place.

Jeremy Joseph – 330,000 (66 bb)
Nicholas Immekus – Eliminated in 8th place ($3,600)

Event 12: Harrison Gimbel Eliminated in 9th ($2,700)

Harrison Gimbel returned from the break and immediately put his short stack in the middle under the gun. Jeremy Joseph called next to act and Kenneth Watson moved all-in for 84,500.

The rest of the table got out of the way, including Joseph, and Watson had Gimbel dominated.

Gimbel: KcJc
Watson: AdKs

The board ran out 8h6h4dQs7c to give Watson the hand and send the former PCA champ out in 9th place.

Kenneth Watson – 155,000 (31 bb)

On one of the last hands of the level, Joseph Marzilli three-bet shoved for 36,000 and Harrison Gimbel called with AhKs. Marzilli needed to fade the over cards versus his 8c8h and the Qc7d3h9d2s board cooperated to give him another double.

“How many times can I win these flip?” Marzilli asked the table.
