Nguyen checked, Uselis continued for another 275,000 and Nguyen moved all in for about 2,000,000. Uselis quickly called without getting a specific count and Nguyen was in trouble.

Brian Altman opened to 250,000 from middle position and Josh Kay called in the cutoff. Joey DiPascale three-bet to 700,000 and only Kay along to the flop.
Kay checked, DiPascale moved all in for 2,525,000 and Kay called to put him at risk.

Both players paired their jack on the flop but DiPascale had kicker issues with his king because Kay’s ace. The board finished with the turn and river to send DiPascale out of the Championship in 15th place.

On the day’s first hand, action folded to Nicholas Verderamo in middle position and he moved all in for 1,000,000. Dung Nguyen moved all in over the top for 2,750,000 from the hijack and the rest of the table folded.
