Day 2 of the Championship is underway with still a few no-show players but most grinding away. Chip leaders Joseph Couden and Ryan Rivers are sitting at two of the last breaking tables today, so we’ll have an easy time keeping an eye on them.

Low stack at the restart is John Gordon and he was wished good luck over the PA by Matt Savage. He quickly doubled up his micro-stack in the time it took to write that sentence.

The big brains in the room say the Championship should be in the money between the second break and dinner break.
