Fedor Holz has been on quite a roll recently. He won more than $5 million in two events within weeks of each other. Holz won the $100,000 WPT Alpha8 in Las Vegas this December and followed that up with a $200,000 Super High Roller Philippines win in January.

Now he’s in good shape to run for his first WPT title. Holz moved to the top of the counts at the end of the last level and sits with a mighty castle of chips over 500,000.

Tables continue to break at a much more brisk pace and they should hit the money bubble after dinner.
