It’s a bit of a chore to get a llok at 500+ chip stacks during a 15-minute break but we found three that stood out above the rest. Jason Johnson took his breather after moving up to 72,000 in the first four levels and Donnee Upson isn’t far behind with 82,500.

But everyone is currently looking up at West Palm Beach grinder Steven Lafavor. He ran his 20,000 starting stack up to 89,900 in two hours to lead the field in early action. If Lafavor can make it deep, he will pick up the fourth tournament cash of his career.

The entrant count keeps climbing and it reached 525 during the break. Hitting 600 for this flight is real possibility.
