The Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida resumed this morning with Day 1E of Event 1: $560 Buy-In Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em. A total of 435 entries took part in the action (upping the total number of entries so far to 1,534). After 14 levels, about 113 moved forward to Day 2, which will be tomorrow at 1p.m.

On top of the chip counts is Blake Whittington (Jacksonville, FL) with 371,000, giving him the overall chip lead. Former NBA center Earl Barron (Clarksdale, MS) finished second in chips with 262,900.
