Event 2: Moed Still Climbing; Donovan Out

$350 Big Stack Omaha 8B (Single Re-Entry)
Level 17: 4,000/8,000 Limits

Omaha/8 can get brutal in a hurry and starting Day 2 chip leader Andrew Donovan was a witness. He began the restart as the only player over 100,000 but he went out short of the final table when his flush was no good versus Joey Prosper’s full house in a huge capped pot.

On the other hand, Michael Moed has made the most of his starting short stack so far. He took a few more chips from Donovan before his departure and now among the leaders over 100,000.

There are still 12 players alive with a chance at the title but the next step is making the final table and the money.
