Joe Kuether

Joe Kuether tried to recover from his loss to RJ Sullivan when he called all-in from the big blind after Marcus Stein shoved from the button.

They were flipping with Stein’s 6c6s ahead of Kuether’s AsTs and stayed that way on the 8h7s4h flop. Kuether hit the Ah turn to take the lead but Stein spiked the gut-shot 5c river to send Kuether out in third.

RJ Sullivan made a big move in one hand to jump himself into the four-handed chip leader. He limp/called a 50,000 bet from Joe Kuether in the blinds to the JsTd6h flop.

Sullivan checked/called a 60,000 bet and the dealer put out the 3h turn before he led out for 95,000. Kuether called the bet and Sullivan bet out another 165,000 after the 7c river.

Kuether thought for a minute and called. Sullivan tabled 6s6c for the flopped set and Kuether mucked his hand.
