$10,000 Miami Beach JCC Charity Event No-Limit Hold’em (Freeze-Out)
Level 17: 6,000/12,000/2,000 Ante
After the elimination of Andy Andrejevic in fourth place, the final three players began negotiations to chop the prizepool among them. These were the approximate chip counts:
Alan Richardson – 220,000 (18 bb)
Jonah Miller – 72,000 (6 bb)
Shmuel Zalmanov – 68,000 (6 bb)
They eventually came to a deal where both of the short stacks would receive $33,000 each (nearly second-place money), while Richardson would win $49,200, along with the title, the Seminole Hard Rock “Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open” trophy, a custom-framed winner’s photo courtesy of Image Masters, and the option of taking a seat in the televised Poker Night in America cash game that is filming this week here at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
Here were the payouts:
1st: Alan Richardson – $49,200
T-2nd: Jonah Miller – $33,000
T-2nd: Shmuel Zalmanov – $33,000
Congratulations to Alan Richardson!
