Jonathan Ruiz had a nice stack to start the final table but he shipped most of his stack over Jose Beznos to become the short stack. He faded a jump up the payout ladder when Rich Meyer was eliminated but he had to take a soon one hand later.

He was all-in and at risk with 7d3d against Ruslan Dykshteyn’s KsJh then flopped a world of draws on the 6d5h2d board. The 6s turn was no help and he missed all 18 outs on the 9h river to go out in 9th place.

It only took two hands to form the Event 9 final table and they got there when Seminole Hard Rock Poker regular Zoltan Czinkota took a shot to double up.

He limped with QhTc and Casey Kaplan shipped all-in next to act. Czinkota took his time to think it out and called at risk to see Kaplan’s AcKh.

Czinkota needed to catch but the board ran all-low 4h3d2d7d4s to send him out in 11th place. Tournament staff paused the clock to redraw the final table ten.
