Bernard Muhrie lost most of his stack when he doubled up James Salmon and was left under 1 million. He open-shoved that stack with 4c4d and Chris Scionti made the easy call in the big blind with AcQc.

Muhrie dodged the Ks8h7d flop but Scionti hit the As turn to take the lead. He couldn’t find a two-out river and was the next gone, eliminated in 8th place for $16,960.

Dani Dayan
Dani Dayan

There was little action over the first orbit at the final table though Dani Dayan did pick up a few chips in three-bet pot against Vitor Coelho. Those chips didn’t last long when she went to battle against Jon Borenstein.

She opened to 550,000 and Borenstein came along to the 6d5s3c flop from the big blind. Borenstein check/called a million chip bet from Dayan and she moved all-in after the Td turn.

Borenstein quickly called and flipped over the flopped set 3s3h to leave Dayan drawing dead with QhTc. It was a disappointing quick exit for Dayan as she picked up $12,114 for her efforts.

Dani Dayan – Eliminated in 9th place ($12,114)
Jon Borenstein – 17,600,000 (70 bb)

Luke Brereton

On a flop of 10h8c8s, Luke Brereton and Vitor Coelho get all of Brereton’s chips in the middle. Brereton is all in for about 4,500,000 and shows KdKc.

There is well over 10 million in the middle and Coelho is in trouble with his Ac10c, good for top pair top kicker.

The turn is the 7d, changing nothing, but the river is the As and Coelho lets out a celebratory yell and jumps in the air.
