The Main Event field continues to climb and we have an impressive turnout already with four hours remaining in registration. Among them we found two South Florida poker wizards sitting side-by-side in the ballroom.

Matt Waxman and David Prociak have combined for more than $4.2 million in career earnings and both have some shiny jewelry along with that money.

Waxman owns a WSOP bracelet to go along with his 2012 WSOPC Main Event ring in New Jersey. Prociak, our 2016 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year, earned a Stud/8 WSOP bracelet in 2016 and picked up his first career WSOPC ring here a few days ago in the Pot Limit Omaha game.

Regardless of the outcome of the Main Event, David Prociak has had a successful World Series of Poker Circuit. The 2016 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Player of the Year earned another South Florida title earlier this week in the Pot Limit Omaha event. The win added to his WSOP resume which already included a gold bracelet.

Prociak is one of the newest entries here in the Main Event as he’s on his second entry in the day.
