A very nice group of 72 players are running in the Limit Omaha 8 Freeze-out already and this field might top the 100 we had for the $400 variant. In this price range, this tournament is already the biggest of its kind by topping the 68 from the 2011 Poker Showdown.

Yuval Bronshtein is back and relaxed and the defending champion. He won the $400 Limit Omaha 8 title on the first day of the series and another two days later.

The theme of the weekend is basically the same schedule as last weekend but going a bit bigger. Day 1 of the series presented a $400 Limit Omaha 8 tournament and today we have the $600 buy-in version. We kept the freeze-out format and expect a talented field.

They’ll sit down to 15,000 starting stacks and all levels in this one-day tournament last 30 minutes. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 4:30 pm with no re-entries allowed if a player loses their stack. There’s a dinner break at 6 pm and we’ll crown out next champion later in the evening.
