The Seniors 50+ tournaments are so popular, we put three on the SHRPO schedule. The third and final one starts at noon with a $400 buy-in and $25,000 guaranteed prize pool.

With the long, slow, deep structure of the SHRPO Championship, it’s not uncommon for a few folks to take their time getting down to the Grand Ballroom.

But we have a good number of top players here in the first level, trying to maximize their time getting those most possible chips. Action is underway for the first flight of the 2026 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Championship with 62 players in the game and many more expected through Saturday evening.

They will play ten full levels today with a break every two hours, a 90-minute dinner break from 5:30 to 7 pm, and registration closes at 9:15 pm.

Today is the day we roll out the biggest tournament of our year, the 2026 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Championship. Flight A starts at 11 am and the tournament has a $5,300 buy-in with a $3,000,000 guaranteed prize pool and two starting flights.

Players sit with 50K stacks and all levels last 60 minutes until increasing to 90 when 24 players remain. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 9:15 pm and players may re-enter one time per flight.

Both Day 1 flights will play ten levels and survivors return on Sunday at noon for Day 2.
