With the board reading and about 120,000 in the pot, Ryan Dunn bets 45,000 from the big blind. Jack Duong folded from under the gun and Charbel Azzi raised all in from the button for 120,500.
Dunn tanked for about three minutes before he called and Azzi tabled for quad sevens. Dunn flashed before he mucked.

John Dolan raised all in for about 53,000 from the hijack and Bryan Piccioli called from the small blind.

The flop fell , giving Piccioli a set of fives. Dolan picked up a flush draw and hit it when the turn fell. However, the river landed to give Piccioli a full house, fives full of queens, to eliminate Dolan in 21st place.

On just the second hand of hand-for-hand play, Aaron Massey opened the button for 7,500. The small blind called. The big blind three-bet to 21,000. It was back on Massey and he four-bet an unknown amount. The small blind folded. The big blind shoved for about 75,000 and Massey called. The big blind was at risk.

The board ran out improving Massey to a set and earning him the pot. The big blind hit the rail 28th sending the remaining 27 players into the money.
One of those fortunate to sneak into the money is last summer’s WSOP Main Event runner up Josh Beckley. Beckley began the day with the short stack and now holds about 80,000.
