It’s just before 1pm local time in South Florida and we’re moments away from Day 2 of the Seminole Hard Rock’s Escalator $350. The $300,000 guaranteed tournament (which is the third of four events on the Escalator schedule) saw a monster field of 1,435 entries smash the six-figure target to the tune of a $430,500 prize pool. After six starting flights, the event is down to 206 with only the top 140 finishing in the money. In addition to an $88,939 first prize, the champion is set to earn an *added* $3,500 seat in next month’s WPT Poker Showdown Championship.
