Jose Parra moved all in for his last 62,000 from under the gun. It folded around to Joshua Hood in the big blind who made the call.

Parra tabled Ah3h and needed to get lucky against Hood’s AcQd.

Greg Barba moved all in from under the gun for 88,000, he starts clapping as Martin Kozlov makes his decision. Barba said “If no-one else was in the hand I would call your hand”.

Kozlov reshoved and the rest of the table folded. Barba tabled Ac10c and needed to get lucky against Kozlov’s QcQs.

The board came 6s5c3c5dKh and Kozlov’s pocket queens held to eliminate Barba in eighth place.

Barba said “Thats all you had? I thought you had pocket sevens by the way” as he made his way to the payout desk.

Chris Bolek leads the final eight

The big buy-in bounty tournament drew 121 entries and only eight players remain for the restart today. The $1,650 Purple Chip Bounty tournament easily surpassed the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool and they played down into the money late last night.

The final eight bagged up their chips and are ready to get back to the business of crowning a winner.

Chris Bolek is the overwhelming chip leader with 622,000 for more than double his next closest opponent Florida poker pro Phil Hui.  Hui (270,000) came runner up to Peter Walsworth in Event 2 of this series making this his second final table appearance thus far.

Martin Kozlov, who currently sits in third place with 268,000 is the returning champion of the 2017 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Championship Event where he earned $754,083.

Jaka turned over Ac8c and needed to hold against Margereson’s QhJs.

The flop came QdJh9c and Margereson flopped two-pair to take the lead.

The turn was the 7h which was no help to Jaka. The river was the Ah and Margereson’s two-pair held to eliminate Jaka in second place ($454,496).
