PokerStars Platinum Pass RRPO Play to Win Promotion

The Seminole Hard Rock has already given away four PokerStars Platinum Passes inclusive of a $25,000 Players No Limit Hold’em Championship entry and $5,000 toward travel to the Bahamas, but there’s still one more up for grabs!

As the property did during the August SHRPO series, they’re slated to give away the fifth and final Platinum Pass via a Play to Win promotion. Any tournament entry through November 27th is good toward one entry in a random drawing set to take place November 28th. That’s any tournament entry — primary or secondary/satellite — with multiple entries and re-entries allowed.

Full promotional details are available in the graphic above.

Neil Zonenashvili

Pavlos Kasselouris opened from late position and Neil Zonenashvili jammed about 2,200,000 from the button. Devon Marshall and Justin Guzman folded their blinds and Zonenashvili was at risk versus a lone opponent.

Kasselouris: TsTd
Zonenashvili: AsQc

Runout: AdTc9cKd7c

Both players caught a piece of the flop, but Kasselouris’ set was best. The Kd turn gave Zonenashvili outs to Broadway, but it wasn’t meant to be. The river 7c was a blank and he was left busted in 15th place.

Pavlos Kasselouris – 9,500,000 (38 bb)
Neil Zonenashvili – Eliminated in 15th place ($7,828)

Event 1: Justin Guzman – 16th Place ($6,085)

Justin Guzman, who began the restart with 2,150,000 chips, got them in the middle preflop and was called by Kharlin Sued.

Sued: AcJd
Guzman: QcTc

Runout: Kc9s7c6d4s

Guzman flopped gutshot and flush outs, but missed both. A pair never came either and he was eliminated in 16th place earning $6,085.

Kharlin Sued – 12,300,000 (49 bb)
Justin Guzman – Eliminated in 16th place ($6,085)

Freshly underway (began at 3pm) and awarding a trophy, Event 7 is a $1,100 buy-in No Limit Hold’em Re-entry tournament. For the $1,100, we’ll provide the prize pool when final, the final table seating chart when they get there and the complete results along with a final report and winner photo when action concludes.

Good luck, $1,100 players!

Event 1: Roberto Alberro and James Gavin Eliminated on the Bubble

$360 Deep Stack NLH (Re-Entry)
$1,000,000 Guaranteed | Payouts
Level 17: 3,000/6,000 with a 6,000 ante
Players Remaining: 449 of 4,558

Dealers stand before the bubble

Tournament staff asked all dealers to stand when their hand was complete, they counted down the remaining players, and Event 1 was officially on the money bubble with 451 remaining and 450 getting paid.

They dealt one hand and we had four all-ins called at separate tables. We had two doubles but two knockouts.

Kyle Carino opened for a min-raise and picked up three callers to a Ac5c3h flop. He bet, Roberto Alberro raised, and the other two players released. Carino put in a fourth bet and all the chips went in the middle, Alberro at risk for 220,000.

Carino: 5h5s
Alberro: Jc8c

Carino flopped middle set and needed to dodge the flush draw of Alberro. Or make a full house on the As river to leave Alberro drawing dead to the flush-giving 4c river. He was eliminated on the bubble but we still had one more hand to go.

Kyle Carino – 510,000 (85 bb)

Roberto Alberro

James Gavin jammed for 89,000 from middle position and it folded to George Navarro on the button. Navarro had Gavin well covered and he called. The blinds folded and Gavin waited patiently while the remaining tables finished up their hands.

James Gavin

After a couple minutes, tournament supervisor Jordan Cutter approached the table and Gavin and Navarro exposed their hands.

Gavin: AdKd
Navarro: AhJh

Gavin had the best of it, but it was his stack that was at risk.

Runout: 8s7d2hJd4h

After fading the flop, Gavin met his fate with the Jd turn. Navarro hit the three-outer coming from behind to take the lead in the hand and leave Gavin busted for half of a min-cash.

George Navarro – 520,500 (86 bb)

Both players chopped up 450th place money and received $318.

As a PokerStars ambassador, Moneymaker was not eligible to win the $30,000 PokerStars Platinum Pass that was added to first place. That huge prize went to runner-up Esteban Garcia. With that, Garcia punched his ticket to the $25,000 buy-in PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship slated to run this January in the Bahamas.
