In the last hand of a round of Omaha-8, Claudangelo Beaudouin was all in from the big blind for 5,000 against Zack Milchman (cutoff) and Dallas Bare (button). There was 6,000 in the side pot, and any further betting would increase the side pot.

The Six-Max tournament recently returned from their dinner break and they are down to 34 players with 31 of them getting paid.

David Moreno leads with 207,600 with Christopher Suarez (190,500), Christopher Howard (132,500), Yulia Lisichiria (130,000), Howard Mash (122,000), Kharlin Sued (118,000). Ryan Van Sanford (110,000), and Jorge Gomez (110,000) also sitting with six-digit stacks.

The fourth of four new tournaments on the schedule is set to kick off at the top of the hour and it will move along at a nice clip. Event 15 is a $600 buy-in tournament with a turbo structure and freeze-out format.

They will start with 15,000 stacks and levels will run 15 minutes all night long. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 8:15 pm and players are limited to a single entry into the tournament.

Those two things combined mean this one will fly down to a champion.

  • This is a one-day tournament and plays until completion

The Pot Limit Omaha 8 game is coming back from its first break of the day with 58 in the game so far and more joining as they drop out of the first two new tournaments of the day.

Mark Dube is among the crowd after falling short in the Six-Max. He’s still okay over the last 48 hours after picking up his third Hollywood trophy this weekend in the $50K GTD Deep Stack event.

Al Gomez

Level 8 is almost over and that means it’s almost time to close shop on the Six-Max tournament. They will play it out, take a break, and registration will close when they return.

Al Gomez is another player back in the ballroom looking for more success. He kicked off his weekend with a 15th place finish in the WPTDeepStacks Hollywood event and then played late into the evening last night before he chopped evenly heads up with Chris Blik in the Double Black Chip Bounty tournament.
