More Omaha on the slate today and we’re switching things up at 3 pm. The new trend in Pot Limit Omaha is the introduction of the big blind ante format and Event 11 will utilize it today. In addition to that change, we are also running $100 bounties on every player to keep things interesting.

Players start with 15,000 chips and all levels last 30 minutes. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of Leve 9 at 7:30 pm.

After six starting flights and one long Day 2, we still have 14 players in contention for the LHPO Event 1 title. Down from 4,960 entries to 14 players.

Event 7 continued the great turnout of the series so far and the $1,100 Deep Stack more than tripled its $100,000 guarantee. They made the money late on Day 1 and 42 players return to play it out this afternoon.

Rolling into a new week with some non-hold’em this morning at 11 am with Event 9. It is a $400 Omaha 8/Stud 8 tournament that will test players’ skills at both games.

They start with 12,000 stacks and all levels last 30 minutes in this one-day tournament. Late registration is available until the start of Level 9 at 3:30 pm and players may re-enter as often as needed during that time. They will take a dinner break at 5 pm and return to play it out.
