Event 6, Day 1F: Chipleaders From the Break

Registration is now closed for Flight 1F in Event 6 ($125 No-Limit Hold’em w/ $150K Guarantee), which is the last flight of the day.

Unofficially, there are 376 entrants in Flight 1F, which brings the total field size for the tournament to 2,089. The guarantee of a $150,000 prizepool has already been reached, and with three more flights starting tomorrow (at 11:00 am, 3:00 pm, and 7:00 pm), it’s likely to be crushed.

Players can play in as many flights as they’d like, but they can only carry forward one chip stack to Day 1.

The Day 1F field has reached their first break after two hours of play, and some chipleaders have started to emerge. Here’s a look at the top of the leaderboard as the blinds increase to 150-300 with a 25 ante:

Event 6 Day 1F: Play Begins

The Day 1F starting flight for Event 6 ($125 no-limit hold’em – $150,000 guaranteed) has begun with blinds at 25-50 and starting stacks worth 10,000. They will play 14 30-minute levels with a 15-minute break every two levels this evening and play should end just before 3 a.m.

The total field size is already 1,911 players so the prize pool us up to $191,100. There are still quite a few starting flights that will take place during the next two days so that number could grow to 3,000 and double the guaranteed prize pool. Here is a breakdown of the remaining schedule for tomorrow.

The field for Flight 1D of Event 6 ($125 No-Limit Hold’em w/ $150K Guarantee) has shrunk down to the final four tables (36 players left), and they took their final break of the day.

The average chip stack is about 77,000 (96 big blinds), and here’s a look at the updated leaderboard with the blinds at 400-800 and a 100 ante:
