Event 7: Down to Two

Level 11: 500/1,000/100 Ante

Event 7

While we were away, Event 7 quickly played down to the final two tables with the final one getting paid. The single re-entry formula kept the stacks in line and 6-Max kept them aggressive.

Steve Karp and John Holley are among the final 12 and we’ll pick up action as they near the final table.

Event 7: Closing in on 50

$350 No Limit Hold’em 6-Max (Single Re-Entry)
Level 5: 150/300/25 Ante

Ariel Rosello (Hialeah, FL)

Event 6 continues to climb as players get in the action looking for a single-day tournament or feeding their love on short-handed poker.

The field is getting close to hitting 50 entrants despite the limitation of only one re-entry available. Event 4 champion Raminder Singh fired his second bullet in the tournament, drawing the same table but different seat.

Steven Karp, John Holley, Greg Marcus, and Ariel Rosello are just a few jumping in. We last saw Rosello when he was busy finishing third in the final tournament of the 2015 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open.

Event 7: Short-Handed Action

$350 No Limit Hold’em 6-Max (Single Re-Entry)
Level 1: 25/50

Cards are in the air for the final new tournament before the Championship begins on Friday. Event 7 is a great option for those who cannot play tomorrow but still want their daily no limit hold’em.

This tournament kicks things up a little more with a 6-Max format, short-handed poker juices the action and players love it.

They sit with 10,000 starting stacks and play 30-minute levels throughout the single-day tournament. Late registration is open until the start of Level 9 at 4:30pm but players are only permitted a single re-entry if they bust their stack. That will slow them down a little, but not too much.

They are underway and will continue until we have an Event 7 champion.
