Two of the biggest winners to date of the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown were seated next to each other to start the day.

Event 4 trophy winner Jerome Bradpiece (London), who took home $28,956 as part of the heads-up chop and Michael Ortiz (Hialeah, FL), the runner-up in Event 1 for $113,515 as part of a three-way deal, were side-by-side.

Bradpiece is holding his own with an average 25k stack, while Ortiz has hit the rail.

Play is complete tonight from the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown Ballroom.

Joe Pozos (Lewes, DE) is still the Flight F chip leader with 232k after hitting quad 2s earlier in the night, while the flight E leader was Juan Endara (Miami, FL) 265k.

Big names who bagged and tagged from the evening sessions included Chris Lindh (Goshen, NY) with 109k and Amanda Musumeci (Philadelphia, PA) who finished with 160k.

“My reads have been on and I’m glad I’m playing well,” said Musumeci, who has nearly $1 million in recorded live tournament earnings. “It’s my first bullet, I just got here,” she says about her arrival in Hollywood, FL.

“And I get tomorrow off,” says Musumeci as she waits for Thursday’s Day 2 restart.

Event 5 play resumes at 11 am with Flight G.
