Michael Newman opened to 225,000 and Ari Engel three-bet to 710,000 from the small blind. Sheddy Siddiqui cold four-bet shoved from the big blind for 1,510,000. Newman seemed reluctant to fold but released his hand before Engel went into a long tank.

He though for a few minutes and finally surrendered the big pot to Siddiqui with no further action.

With Phil Hui’s board reading Th5h7d7s, there were multipe streets of betting and raising against Hal Klein.

Klein calls a river bet and Hui announces an eight low and a flush. He shows 8h6h2h in the hole and Klein mucked his hand.

Hui won the pot and took a massive chip lead over the rest of the field.

Matas Cimbolas opened to 200,000 from the hijack, Ari Engel called in the cutoff, and Joao Simao called in the small blind leaving 430,000 behind. Darryll Fish moved all in from the big blind, Cimbolas and Engel folded but Simao called at risk.

Simao had two suited cards but the king was dead. The Jd2d2s flop did not bring his miracle though he picked up an straight draw on the Ts turn. The Qd river paired his hand but it provided Fish with a Broadway straight to send Simao out in eighth place.

One more elimination and the final six players will bag up for the televised/live-streamed final table tomorrow.

Quintero got all in by the river and showed aces and jacks, but was eliminated by Hui’s AcQdJc2d. Hui won the pot with a better two pair Quintero was eliminated in seventh place for $608.
