Any SHRP High Roller event is a big deal when its day rolls around. Yesterday we had 40 entries in the $25,500 buy-in tournament to put an even $1,000,000 up for grabs.

Their day lasted nearly 12 hours and still have some work to do today. There are seven players returning for Day 2 but only six of them will walk away with some money.

High-stakes specialist Brandon Adams comes back to the final table with a nice chip lead followed by Ajay Chabra. Those two hold the majority of chips but no one is in the danger zone. The average stack is 57 big blinds and the final table will play 60-minute levels until heads-up play.

All seven return to the Event Center at 2pm and we will have all the action until we have a High Roller Champion.

As expected with a tournament featuring a $25,500 buy-in, the field was tough. The 40 entries was just the number needed to make the $1,000,000 Guarantee prize pool.

The last 6 players earning a piece and the High Roller champion banking $370,000.

Poker pro, and businessman, Brandon Adams returns with a huge lead of 1,386,000 (137 bb). This next closest to him is Ajay Chabra with 868,000 (87 bb). Larry Greenberg is the short stack at the table returning with 23 big blinds.

Brandon Adams opened to 18,000 from under the gun and picked up calls from Ajay Chabra in the small blind and Shaun Deeb in the big. The flop came Qc7s6c followed by checks from Chabra and Deeb. Brandon Adams bet 42,000 and only Deeb stayed in the hand.
