Recent chipleader Justin Swilling has dropped a bit, down to about 830,000 (52 big blinds). It’s still a healthy stack, but not enough to contend for the chip lead.

With the final board showing Ac10h10d4s2s and a big pot in the middle, Patrick Eskandar checked from middle position, and Ankush Mandavia moved all in from the cutoff for 502,000.

Eskandar asked for an exact count and tanked for a while before he called, and Mandavia said “Good call” as he showed QsJc for queen high (missed straight draw). Eskander turned over Ah7h to win the pot with two pair, aces and tens, eliminating Mandavia in 44th place.

Matthew Humphrey opened to 35,000 in middle position, and Bob Mather three-bet to 70,000 in the cutoff. Humphrey moved all in with the bigger stack, and Mather called all in for 285,000, putting himself at risk.

The river card was the 9h, Davies checked, and Eskandar checked behind, saying, “I’m worried you’ve got something like three-four.” Eskandar showed KhKc for an overpair, and Davies mucked. Eskandar won the pot.
