Aditya Prasetyo three-bet shoved for his last 51,500 and picked up a caller in Anthony Zinno. Action folded back to Tyler Patterson, who opened the action, and he moved all-in over the top. Zinno thought it out with a similar-sized stack as Patterson and elected to fold.

Patterson was ahead for the knockout with QsQh against AsKs until Prasetyo hit the Ah8d4c flop. Neither the 5h turn nor the Kh river changed the matter and Prasetyo earned the triple up.

He found himself in a blind-versus-blind battle holding 5c5d in the small blind against the QsQh of an unknown opponent in the big blind. German was behind in the hand, but had the opponent covered.

A Qd6s2hJsTh runout didn’t change anything on the leaderboard. Although Myles was not out, he was crippled holding 8,000 chips. He busted a few hands later ending his unlikely run that all started by filling out a Seminole Hard Rock Poker player survey.

Gonsalves was short, Zinno was deep, it seemed like the thing to do.

By the time the waiter appeared with their drinks, Gonsalves found himself a double up before going on break and they enjoyed their shot.

Harwood: AdQc

Jon Borenstein (Teaneck, NJ)
Jon Borenstein (Teaneck, NJ)

We walked by Jon Borenstein’s table as he was standing, watching a long hand.

“I have heaps,” he said.

Instead of the +300,000 we saw on the first break, Borenstein now has closer to 480,000 which is good enough to put him back in the lead with 135 remaining. When asked how it happened, he had a simple explanation.

“Some guy 5-bet shoved his KxJx right into my kings.”

Borenstein is aiming for his third Seminole Hard Rock Poker final table. He was part of the Big 4 final tables last August when he finished seventh in the $2,650 Freeze-out then finished third in our big opening event this series.
