Level 34: Blinds 100k/200k/25k ante

Just a few hands after Kuether’s elimination, the table played another big hand.

Dolan limped from the small blind and Colman checked his option to the 9s8h4d flop. They both checked the flop and Dolan checked again after the 2d turn. Colman bet out 700,000 and Dolan called after a short tank.

The river came 3d, Dolan checked once again and Colman put him all-in. Dolan took plenty of time to think it through and finally tossed in calling chips to see Colman had rivered a straight on the river with 6d5c. His second pair Jh8h was the end of his tournament.

John Dolan had built his stack up nicely over the first two levels of the day. It was one of the few big hands to finish on the river over the last few days and it was John Dolan on the wrong end to go out in 4th place for $548,763. Colman extended to a huge lead at the three-handed final table.

Dan Colman – 24,375,000
Mike Leah – 11,775,000
Shawn Cunix – 8,850,000
