With the board showing Ks9s3h8d on the turn and about 350K already in the pot, Marcos Exterkotter checked from under the gun, Juan Maceiras bet 90,000, and Exterkotter used one of his Time Chips to tank for nearly a minute before he called.

The river card was the Jc, and it looked like Exterkotter checked, Maceiras moved all in, and Exterkotter snap-called all in for 430,000. Regardless of the specific order of betting, it was quick and sudden that they both got it all in.

Maceiras showed 8s8h for a turned set of eights, but Exterkotter turned over KdKc for a flopped set of kings to win the pot.

Marcos Exterkotter  –  1,400,000  (56 bb)
Juan Maceiras  –  160,000  (6 bb)

With 14 players remaining from a field of 86, the average chip stack is about 615,000 (25 big blinds). The final 12 players will finish in the money, with a min-cash worth $57,350.

Action is scheduled to continue tonight until there are nine players remaining for tomorrow’s final table, which begins at 1:00 pm as part of the SHRPO Big 4.
