David Jackson raised from the hijack to 150,000, Eddie Pak called from the cutoff, and David Greufe reraised from the big blind to 550,000. Jackson used a Time Chip to tank for a while before he called, and Pak also called.

The flop came , and all three players checked.

The turn card was the , and Greufe bet 525,000. Jackson moved all in for roughly 2,900,000, and Pak folded.

Greufe snap-called with for a set of eights, and Jackson turned over for a pair of kings — Jackson was drawing dead.

The meaningless river card was the , and Greufe won the pot with his set of eights to eliminate Jackson in 10th place.

As soon as the hand ended, Greufe told Jackson that he misclicked preflop, intending to three-bet larger than he had.

When somebody who didn’t see the action asked what happened, Greufe said, “I blundered the hand, then flopped top set.”
