The turn brought a Qc, Pillai bet 40,000 and Snead snap-shoved for 240,000 effective.

Pillai went into the tank for a while before eventually deciding to call with QxJx. It was the right decision as Snead tabled AxJx.

It was off to the races with Waxman’s 7h7s out in front against Kweskin’s AhKh.

The board came 10d8s2c6dKs and Kweskin spiked a king on the river to double through Waxman.

Thai Ha opened to 16,000 from early position and the player next to act moved all in for 117,000.  Ha thought a short while before calling with JcJs.

He needed to get lucky as his opponent tabled QdQs.

The board ran out AdJh10s6d2d and Ha did indeed get lucky as he hit a two-outer on the flop to score the knock out.

Players are now preparing for hand-for-hand play on the money bubble.

Afriat thought about it shortly before folding the KdQd face up. Afriat asked “What do you got?” enticing Olisar to show.
