Registration is closed and the final number for the flight is in. Flight C, which began tonight at 7 p.m., drew a field of 87 entries. They combine with the earlier two flights of the day bringing the total field size to 312.

Flight B of Escalator Series Event #2 has come to an end with the clock showing 11 players. Action began this afternoon at 3 p.m. with 106 entries enduring almost eight hours of play. The current number of players coming back to Day 2 after two flights is 28.

Kathy Sawers takes over as the event’s commanding chip leader, bagging an impressive 288,000. Chip counts through Flight C will be posted in the morning around 9 a.m.

Flight I of the Escalator Series opener has come to an end with 37 players. Action began this evening at 7 p.m. and witnessed the largest field of the event, 289 entries. Our total amount of players coming back to Day 2 will be 129 players.

Troy Walser found himself as the flight’s chip leader, bagging 196,500 for Day 2. Brian Nerney though still leads the pack going into Day 2 as he bagged 348,000 bagged in Flight G . Complete Day 2 chip counts and draws will be posted first thing in the morning around 9 a.m.

Tomorrow’s Day 2 will once again pay the top 72 spots and see first place take home over $40,000 in cash and prizes!!!

Flight H of the Escalator Series opener has come to an end with 19 players. Action began this afternoon at 3 p.m. with 209 entries enduring almost eight hours of play. Our current total of players coming back to Day 2 now sits at 93.

Gregory Marcus found himself as the flight’s chip leader, bagging 252,000 for Day 2. Brian Nerney still leads the way as he bagged 348,000 in Flight G. Day 2 chip counts will be posted first thing in the morning around 9 a.m.

Flight G of the Escalator Series opener has come to an end with 16 players. Action began this morning at 11 a.m. with 157 entries enduring almost eight hours of play. Our current total of players coming back to Day 2 now sits at 74.

Brian Nerney is our new chip leader as he bagged an impressive 348,000 over-taking  Ira Schwartz’s Flight B count. Day 2 chip counts will be posted first thing in the morning around 9 a.m.

Flight F of the Escalator Series opener has come to an end with the clock showing 15 players. Action began this evening at 7 p.m. with 125 entries enduring almost eight hours of play. Our current total of players coming back to Day 2 now sits at 58.

Perry Shiao, pictured above, bagged 168,000 to lead the way in Flight F. Perry looks to continue his success in 2016 with a deep run here in Event #1.  He will have a tough competition on Saturday though, including Ira Schwartz who is still our overall chip leader from Flight B. Chip counts through Flight F will be posted in the morning around 9 a.m.

Tonight’s 7 p.m. flight drew 125 entries, the first flight to see triple digit turnout thru 6 flights. This brings our total amount of entries to 595 thru Flight F. Tonight’s clock currently shows 44 remaining and they’ll log about three more hours of play before the remaining players bag and tag. Day 2 play will resume Saturday at 2 p.m.

Carlos Cruz, pictured above, bagged 190,000 to lead the way in Flight E. Carlos looks to follow up his 5-figure first place finish from January’s Lucky Hearts Event #8.  He will have a tough field to battle on Saturday, including Ira Schwartz who is still our overall chip leader. Today’s 3 p.m. installment of the $150 buy-in, $100,000 guaranteed Escalator Series event (Flight E) drew 93 players bringing the five-flight total to 470. The clock currently shows 27 remaining and they’ll log about three more hours of play before the remaining players bag and tag. Day 2 play will resume Saturday at 2 p.m.

Complete chip counts for all flights through Flight F will be posted at 9 a.m. tomorrow.
