Championship Day 2: Harwood Doubles; Hartwick Gone

$3,500 Championship No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 11: 600/1,200/200 Ante

Loni Harwood began the day with a nearly 60,000 stack but was down to just 17,300 when she put them all-in after a Noah Schwartz open. He looked around and took his time before calling with KhQh in a coin flip against 4h4s.

The As9s6s was safe for Harwood while taking away outs from Schwartz. The turn/river ran clean but she’s still one of the shorter stack in the game.

Harwood made noise during the 2013 WSOP when she won her first bracelet and became just the second female player to final table three events in the same series.

While things were moving up for Harwood, our Seniors Event champion Douglas Hartwick wasn’t having any such luck. He was near the bottom of the chip counts to start and the Championship ended for him when his Ad6h couldn’t hold against KsQc.
