Mark Herm was peacefully grinding all day, keeping his stack above par and getting deeper. Until he ran into WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hui with a lot of chips.

Hui was already hovering around 500,000 when the two mixed it up. The board was already out and Hui was facing a shove from Herm. After a few minutes of consideration, Hui called with aces-up and Herm quickly tabled/mucked his hand before packing up to leave.

That hand moved Hui up to 750,000 for the lead, then he promptly knocked out another player with queens versus eight to build his castle higher.
