Joe McKeehen began Day 2 with a top 25 returning stack and the reigning WSOP Main Event champ is moving it higher in early action.
We caught up to the action with the board reading and McKeehen playing from the big blind up against Alexander Haber. They both checked the turn and McKeehen led out for 7,500 after the
river to put Haber in deep thought mode.
He checked his cards several times before finally giving up and folding queens face up. McKeehen scooped the pot and moved up to 185,000 while Haber dropped among the short stacks in the room.
Joe McKeehen – 185,000 (154 bb)
Alexander Haber – 39,600 (33 bb)
