Championship Day 3: Peters Chipping Up

$3,500 WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown Championship
Level 24: 12,000/24,000/4,000 Ante

We got to the table with the flop showing AsQhQd and David Peters putting out a bet of 62,000. His opponent raised it to 185,000 and Peters made the call.

The turn was the 9c and both players checked. They would do the same on the 5c on the river and Peters would take the pot down with his AcKh. That pot moved Peters stack to approximately 1.85 million.

Peters is looking to add to what has already been a successful 2015 as he recently won an European Poker Tour High Roller event for $653,552 – his biggest tournament score ever.
