Day 4 of SHRPO Concludes

Day 4 of the 2016 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open is in the book and it was highlighted by two events reaching final tables, while one trophy was earned.

Bill Johnson won the $300 Deep Stack Turbo No Limit Hold’em Re-Entry event. He took bested a field of 160 entries to take home $7,616 in a three-way chop.

The $1,100 No Limit Hold’em and the $360 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em Re-Entry event both reached final tables today.

The $1,100 No Limit Hold’em saw 86 players come out to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, but by the day’s end, only nine remained, with Oscar Trestini leading the way.

The massive, multi-flight, $360 Deep Stack No-Limit Hold’em Re-Entry trimmed its original 2,570 entrant field down to its final 10 players with Harjinder Chawla coming back with the chip lead.

Both of these events get cards back in the air at 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon.

  • 3 p.m. – Day 1B – $150 No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry) – $150,000 GTD Prizepool
  • 7 p.m. – Day 1C – $150 No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry) – $150,000 GTD  Prizepool
