Event 10 Day 1C: Ladies Champs

$570 Deep Stack No Limit Hold’em (Re-Entry)
Level 2: 50/100

The field is climbing towards 200 entrants for the third flight and we have two successful women in early action.

Marsha Wolak gained national attention in 2011 when she went to Las Vegas and won the WSOP Ladies Championship against 1,053 other women (and one dude who made the final table). She followed that up with a WSOP Circuit win earlier this year then a Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown Seniors title in April.

Jacqueline Scott is looking to mirror Wolak’s success. She won the WSOP Ladies Championship a few months ago to continue the big run by South Florida players at the series. Scott has some success on property, including back-to-back final tables during the 2013 Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open, and she’s looking to build on her win this summer.
