Jeff Garbus

There was a three-way all in between Nicholas Costa from under the gun, all in for about 60,000, David Martin in the cutoff, all in for about 35,000 and Jeff Garbus in early position, who had both players covered.

Garbus showed QcQh, Martin tabled JhJc and Costa turned over AhKh.

“Ace or king one time,” said Costa to the dealer.

Costa found neither on a flop of Qs6d5s, which gave Garbus top set and Costa drawing to runners. The turn was the 9c and the river was the Th.

Garbus had both of his opponents drawing dead on the turn. He scooped the pot and eliminated both of them.

Since Costa started the hand with more chips, he got the better finish. Costa took home 46th place money and Martin left with 47th.

Jeff Garbus – 240,000
Nicholas Costa – Eliminated
David Martin – Eliminated
