The steady line at the registration desk continues and the cashiers have things moving right along. Flight E is going to hit 800 entries before they lock it down and we should see a similar number tonight. Event 15 is going to set records before the day is through.

We found an interesting spot in the back of the Seminole Ballroom. Two players who are never bored; SHR Tampa favorite Marie Harrell and Hollywood champ Eric Afriat. We usually see Harrell mixing it up on the other side of the state but she likes to make a trek over here for the big tournaments. Her biggest finish came up north when she made the final table of the WPTDeepStacks Jacksonville Main Event.

Afriat is a three-time WPT champion picking up his first right here in the 2014 WPT Poker Showdown Championship then added a WPT Borgata and WPT Fallsview title on top.
