Michael Moed and Scott Sharp were in a dead heat when the heads up stacks were counted with Moed holding a slight lead. The two had a quick discussion and in no time hammered out a deal giving Sharp $5,000 and Moed $5,200 along with the title.

It was a great comeback for Moed who began the day with just 12,500 at the starting limits at 3,000/6,000. He came all the way back and is the first champion of the series.
