Eric Piderit watches his third pair of pocket aces turn a set

The internet tells us that the odds of being dealt aces three hands in a row are 0.000009265% (or 1 in 10,793,861 sets of 3 hands). Per Eric Piderit’s table, that’s exactly what happened and all three times there was a showdown as proof.

The last instance had him knock out two other opponents and push him over 50,000 in early action. Not a bad start.

David Jackson held the chip lead at break but Piderit passed him over with his post-break run with a lot of players trying to chase both down.
