It’s time for the entire Event 7 field to join together as one for the first time. The tournament drew 953 entrants over five starting flights with just 172 of them remaining to battle for the title and the $64,326 along with it.
Jose Nadal Sordo cruised to the overall chip lead in the fourth flight, slowly building the only returning stack over 400,000 along the way. There are plenty of quality players behind trying to chase him down including Carter Gill, Stuart Paterson, Angel Vu, Ory Hen, and 2014 WSOP November Niner William “Billy Pappas” Pappaconstantinou.
Only 90 of the returning will earn a piece of the $285,900 with a min-cash taking home $629 and a five-digit payday for the top seven.
