Cards are in the air for the WPT/Jason Taylor Foundation charity tournament.

WPT commentator Mike Sexton kicked things off with a shuffle up and deal announcement and players began filling the seats. Among those who are already in the field are ESPN Sports Personality Dan Le Batard, WPT tournament director Matt Savage, Team SHRP members Loni Harwood and Sheddy Siddiqui, and former Dolphins defensive end and football Hall of Famer Jason Taylor himself.

There are 75 entries in the tournament thus far with still plenty of time for late registration and re-entry. Of the buy-in, $140 will be donated to charity and another $140 will go to the prize pool.

There is a silent auction going on with plenty of prizes for players to bid on. Players can bid on a men or women’s Hard Rock Spa package, a WPT chip set, a WPT Tournament of Champions experience, or one of two different “Drink Like a Rock Star” packages.
