There was 8,500 in the pot and the board read when Omar Morillo moved all in on the button for 14,200. Tony Ruberto thought for a moment before folding UTG+1. A player in middle position then tanked for a few minutes before folding his cards as well. Morillo took down the pot to survive the hand with 23,000.

Michael Bozeman was down to just 2,000 in chips after the dinner break in Event 2 at the Seminole Hard Rock Lucky Hearts Poker Open, but he has made a serious comeback since that time. Bozeman ran that stack up as high as 40,000 but he had dropped a little bit to 30,000 at this point in play.

A face familiar to every here at Seminole Hard Rock-Hollywood is in the house here in Day 1B.  Derrick Simon has arrived to play tonight and is taking on the task of fighting on two fronts facing off with his opponents and a massive grilled chicken salad.

Simon apprears to have the salad under control and we’ll see how he handles his other opponents as the night goes on.

There’s a bounty hunter with a familiar name roaming the SHRPO galaxy.

A player by the name Mike Sexton has decided to go full Jedi sporting a rather unique outfit: a shiny Boba Fett hat and a Boba Fett t-shirt paying homage to the famous bounty hunter who chased down Han Solo in the original Star Wars trilogy.

We’ll see if this Mike Sexton can “force” his way to the top of Day 1B tonight.
