Day 2 saw 66 players return to make their run to the final table of the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open Big 4 $2,650 No Limit Hold’em event, and after more than 10 hours of play the final nine have emerged. Alex Foxen held the chip lead when the dust settled after almost two hours of play on the final table bubble, and he will take 2,915,000 into the start of play at Tuesday’s final table that will take place on The Big 4 television set. Shaun Deeb moved all in from the small blind and Dan Shak called out of the big blind, all in for about 350,000.

Deeb showed Ah8h and was dominated by Deeb’s AsTc.

The board ran out QhQcJhAd4h. Deeb was freerolling on the turn when neither or their kickers mattered, but hit the heart on the river to make a flush and eliminate Shak in 19th place, just a few spots short of the money.

The turn was the 3d and Peters bet 250,000. Deeb called. The river was the 8c and Peters moved all in for 640,000, which sent Deeb deep into the tank.

“You’re never going to show and I like to sleep good at night,” said Deeb during his several minute tank.

Eventually Deeb let it go and Peters mucked his hand before raking in the chips.
