There was about 100,000 in the pot on the river with a completed board of Ac8c3sAd5c.

Marvin Brantley checked from the big blind and Sergio Grosso moved all in on the button, for a huge overbet. Brantley immediately called and was all in for his remaining 300,000.

Grosso showed Ad3d, good for a full house, and was on the right end of a cold deck against Brantley’s Jc6c, good for a flush.

Brantley was eliminated in second and took home $6,588, while Grosso earned $10,615 and the trophy for his win in the Seniors event.

Paul Domb

Paul Domb and Marc MacDonnell were all in and at risk simultaneously on the hand-for-hand money bubble.

Domb got it all in on the KdQd9c flop with KsQh against Stephen Song’s Ad6s. The board came running aces to give Song the winning hand and knock out Domb.

On the other table, Marc MacDonnell was all in in the big blind with  8h4d against Will Givens’ Jc7s.

The board came 7d3c2dAs10h and Givens flopped a seven to eliminate MacDonnell.

The two bubble boys spilt the $2,464 min cash.

Albertson thought for several minutes, while saying he was hoping that Grosso had a diamond draw or a six. Eventually, he called. Grosso showed QsTd and was in the lead against Albertson’s 7c7d.

The river was the 8h and Grosso won the pot to eliminate Albertson in fourth place for $2,471. Grosso now has about two-thirds of the chips in play.
