Flight D of Showdown Event 1 starts at 5 p.m., the fourth of eight flights that will take us to the tournament’s midpoint. The first three flights attracted 1,128 entries so they are aiming to crush the $1,000,000 guarantee.

Players start with 20K deep stacks and all Day 1 levels last 30 minutes, increasing to 40 on Day 2 and 60 minutes in Level 24. Late registration and re-entries are available until the start of Level 9 at 9:30 pm.

Flight D will continue until 12.5% of the field remains and survivors will return for Day 2 on Sunday at 1 pm.

Today’s Omaha tournament has more starting cards and chopping pots. Event 6 is a $600 Big O tournament at 2 pm that will draw a bunch of dedicated Omaha fans.

Players start with 20K deep stacks and all levels last 30 minutes for the one-day trophy event. Late registration is open until the start of Level 9 at 6:30 pm and players may refire as often as needed during that time.

This tournament will also award points for the $10,000 Mixed Game Leaderboard.
