Splash the Pot Freeroll!

Not all the action is in the Grand Ballroom today; there was also a freeroll in the Poker Room with some big prizes.

We kicked off the month by splashing some pots in our cash games between April 1 and April 5. Players in the $1/$2, $1/$3, and $2/$5 No-Limit Hold’em cash games had a chance to win one of 50 seats to the exclusive freeroll.

Those 50 players gathered this afternoon to compete for ten spots in the $5,000 Showdown Heads-Up tournament on April 20. That’s a 1-in-5 shot to get into one of the most anticipated tournaments on the schedule and battle against some of the best players in the game.

We can’t wait to see our cash game regulars in the big Heads-Up tournament!
